Hurghada has become a popular seaside resort over the last 20 years. Hurghada is a modern and luxurious resort area with plenty of activities, entertainment, and spa options. It's an excellent place to stay if you want to explore nearby resorts such as Safaga, El Gouna, Makadi Bay, and Sahl Hasheesh, which all offer beautiful beaches, fantastic diving sites, and various activities and sights. Thanks to Hurghada International Airport's proximity, you can even fly out to Cairo to see the famous ancient sights like the Pyramids or visit Luxor with its many ancient temples. The Hurghada islands offer many exciting things to do. You can go on a trip to Giftun Island and have fun snorkeling and eating grilled fish. You can also see the Red Sea from a submarine. If you want to relax, there are nice places to stay and shops to go shopping. Nearby Gebel Abu Dukhan has old Roman buildings to see. You can also go on a camel or jeep ride to see the Red Sea Mountains. A lot of people who go to Egypt want to stay for three to five days in Hurghada which is delightful for kids and grownups all the same.
